Customer Service Awesomeness with Drop.io
On March 26th, I complained to www.drop.io about not being able to mass delete files. I have a premium account they gave me (1GB of storage for the year) and I had hundreds of pictures on it. The problem was you had to go through each picture individually and deltete it, which was a huge pain in the ass.
Their first response to my question was this:
