Pimm’s is a deliicous British liqueur, made from some secret recipe. I don’t know exactly what’s in it, but the Queen drinks it, so that’s good enough for me. The recipe below for Pimm’s Cup has become my quintessential summertime drink- and I think I got the Tapscott-Nords into it tonight, too.
Pimm’s Cup
Fill a tumbler with ice. Add 2 parts Pimm’s, 1 part ginger ale, and 1 part lemonade.
Garnish with mint or lemon if you’re fancy.(photo via James Nord)
Pimm’s Cup is going to be the official drink of the terrace at 66 Rivington
